Here's what you can expect when you sign up for a one-time Gut Check Session:

You'll give me some high-level Context

When you book your session, you'll answer a few basic questions about what you’re struggling with. This will help me (and likely you, too!) get some clarity ahead of our call, so we can both show up ready to really dig in.

We'll meet and work through it together

In our 75 minute session, we'll work together to set a goal for the session, and then do some deeper exploration around what's feeling hard about this situation, how you want to show up, and/or what support you might need.

I'll send YOU some follow-up support

After our call, I'll send you a personalized one-pager with a blend of journal prompts, key takeaways, and/or action items from our conversation, plus a (no-pressure) invitation to continue our work together if that feels right to you.
